Boese Brothers:

La Onza (Belgian White Ale)

Boese Brothers La Onza Belgian White Ale

5.4% ABV

A modern interpretation of a Belgian classic, this wheat and oat based beer is crisp, tart, and refreshing. Traditionally, white beers have been finished with dried coriander seeds and orange peels. In contrast, Boese Brothers utilizes fresh ginger, lemongrass, and El Dorado hops to deliver a subtle, dry, and refreshing beer with fruit and spice notes. The traditional Belgian yeast strain, in combination with relatively warm fermentation temperatures, delivers a bouquet of supporting fruity aromas and flavors, with a slightly tart finish.
Color: Hazy Off-White

Dr. Strangehop (American Extra Pale Ale):

Boese Brothers Dr. Strangehop XPA6.5% ABV

The eXtra Pale Ale pairs a clean malt bill with big-time American hop flavors and aromas. We start adding hops the second wort hits the kettle and don’t let up until this beer is in the keg. A simple but delicious combination of classic and new era hops creates bright, tropical, and citrusy flavors. If you’re not yet a Pale Ale fan, stop worrying and learn to love the hops.
Color: Cloudy Orange

Patriot Porter (Brown Porter)

Boese Brothers Patriot Porter

6% ABV

Patriot Porter is based on the traditional American Porters of the 1700’s, the distinctive color and flavor are developed by combining slowly kilned pale, amber, and brown malt. Mashing these grains renders delicious bready and burnt brownie notes, and a dash of Molasses contributes to the rich full flavor.
Color: Dark Chestnut Brown

Duke City Lager (Steam-Style)

Boese Brothers Duke City Lager

5% ABV

Duke City Lager is an assertively hopped brew, based on an American original called the California Common Lager or Steam-Style Beer. Cool fermentation temperature and prolonged aging deliver a clean and refreshing beer, with a strong hop presence. This beer is loaded up with two American classics, Cascade and Willamette, resulting in a thirst quenching lager that delivers a combination of woody, fruity, and flowery hop flavors and aromas. Color: Amber

Ponderosa Brewing

Crosscut KölschPonderosa’s German-trained Brewmaster brought his recipe along with a proprietary yeast strain from the VLB in Berlin. German Pilsner and Wheat malts, German Magnum and Hallertauer hops make it taste just like it came straight out of Cologne. 4.9% ABV,  25 IBU

Santa Fe Brewing Co.Santa Fe Brewing

As its name suggests, this Pilsner does not like to be categorized. True, it is brewed with traditional ingredients, but it is the way that these ingredients interact, that cause this particular pilsner to stand alone. The assertively hopped Freestyle pils exudes the flavor and the aroma of the classic Saaz hop (a tribute to “the original” pilsner), while maintaining enough body to balance but not overpower this hop’s pleasant, spicy tone. An unhurried lagering process makes this beer a light, clean, and quenching beer. Color: Golden  ABV 5.5% 55 IBU

5.9% ABV  |  20 IBU

Nearly black with ruby highlights, Driftwood’s coffee, chocolate, and roasty tones enhance the rich, malt character. This well-balanced, full-bodied ale is, most importantly, a pleasure to drink!

6.5 % ABV  |  90 IBU

Few things are as uniquely New Mexico as our world-class IPAs. Bosque IPA starts with a light copper base of pale, caramel, and wheat malts, which provide a medium-bodied backbone for our flagship IPA. But that’s just setting the stage for the hops, where it’s all about big tropics and citrus. El Dorado, Mosaic, and Simcoe are the stars in this multi-hop blend.
